How soon do you ship ?
Once payment has been made ... your goods are shipped within 48 hours. You can always call us to track where they are as well.
How secure are your online payments ?
We use PayPal which is owned by eBay. We chose this method as PayPal is a hugely trusted payment method .. which conveniently accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express ... completely secure.
What if the goods arrive damaged ?
Well obviously we'll both be disappointed ... however take a photo of the damage, email us or call us .. and we'll arrange for a no cost replacement. We can't be any fairer than that.
